Spent the Sunday afternoon watching and screaming for Chaiyaphum FC... Come on the 'Phum'!

Some Thai 'locals'

A very interesting experience what with the local old European men,  to the blaring drumming accompanied by locals chanting into a loud speaker.

To be totally honest the game would not have lived up to the hype if it weren't for the local Ghanaian members of the Chaiyaphum team, who added grunt and finesse to the performance. Most certainly showed the rest of the players how to play this game they call 'football'.

The match ended in a 2 - 2 draw. There was potential for a riot as Chaiyaphum had a goal disallowed in the dying minutes of the match, which would have made it a 3 - 2 win for Chaiyaphum FC.

All round, a great experience although I don't think we will be doing it again anytime soon.
